HOSTPOS offer two different warranty types (selected at time of initial purchase):
On site Hardware Maintenance
Allowing for a technician to assess and attempt to fix hardware equipment on site within 1 business day.
Hardware Returns
Return the item back to HostPOS support team to have it looked at by the manufacturer. In most cases HostPOS support would have a similar rental device for you whilst your hardware is with the manufacturer. Call for pricing information.
Training
ICRTouch training by a HOSTPOS technician on site or remote connection.
Training Charges
Charges for training are $95 per hour (minimum one hour) on site. There is an additional charge of $1 per kilometre after 80 kilometres Sydney CBD.
Remote Support Charges
Remote support is charged at $80 per hour minimum 15 minutes.
Support Charges & Conditions
Phone and remote connection support
Installation and technical support is provided by a third party supplier and not directly by HOSTPOS.
Hours of operation: 9:00am to 5:00pm AEST business days
Fees apply (9am to 4:30pm business days), at the rate of $29.95 per 15 minutes remote support with the initial call being one interval of 15 minutes. If after hours the 15 minute interval is $37.50. Further charges apply for on site calls.
Extended Hours
This is reserved for mission critical issues.
Hours of operation: 8am to 10pm 7 days a week
Fees apply at the rate of $45 per 15 minute
Point of Sale on Site Service
Hours of operation: 9.00am to 5.00pm AEST business days
Fees apply, $80 call out fee and $37.50 per 15 minutes thereafter
