Automated Collections
Collection notifications are called from the CollectionPoint remote or when the kitchen finish a ticket on TouchKitchen.

When an order is ready to collect, an animation for the corresponding ticket will pop up on screen, along with an audio announcement.
Automated Orders
When an order is placed on TouchPoint, the order gets sent straight to CollectionPoint.

Once an order has been prepared and it is ready for collection, use TouchPoint or TouchKitchen to finish the order ticket and send a notification to CollectionPoint to announce the order is ready to be collected.
If a customer misses their call it’s no problem, as the CollectionPoint remote control allows staff to recall missed orders at the touch of a button.
